new instruments that are purchased.)
• While we do our best to describe the item, it is the buyer's responsibility to ask any and all questions about the item

• Some instruments that we sell are consignment pieces and, therefore, we do not offer refunds on used instruments
that we sell. Please make sure that you know what you are purchasing and that you ask all pertinent questions
BEFORE purchasing an item.
• Once the item is purchased, the item becomes the buyer's responsibility.
• Tracking information for the shipment information will be emailed to buyer immediately upon creating shipment label
and shipping the item.
• Any and all Returns must be authorized by our store.
• If a returned item is not authorized by our store, we do not accept shipment and the item is returned to the sender.
• Authorized returns will be refunded MINUS shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.
• Authorized returns must be returned in same condition as shipped.
• Shipping expenses are non-refundable.
• Buyer pays for prompt return shipping on authorized returns
• Item must be shipped back via a service comparable with which it was delivered, immediately upon return
